Create a Market Requirements Document

A market requirements document (MRD) helps you determine the best set of product features that will help you achieve success in a market. MRDs bring together information from a number of different areas. We start by gathering basic market intelligence. We layer competitive analysis and gap identification. We evaluate market gaps against customer needs and pains. The market requirements that identify one or more opportunities are then presented in a formal MRD.

Prioritize Product Features

When you are close to a product, it is often difficult to prioritize among competing feature requirements. We review your existing product and product features. We evaluate new features with respect to customer value, competitive advantage, and business strategy. Our recommendations help you better understand the advantages and trade-offs that different prioritizations will deliver.

Develop a Product Requirements Document

PRDs catalogue and prioritize all of the product features you are considering for upcoming releases.
